“I have been working with AES for over a year now and when I first started out I had no experience with dispatching whatsoever. I cannot stress enough how lucky I am to have been able to get hired on and start my journey in dispatching with AES. There are many advantages to working with this company, but I would say my personal favorite is the job itself. Every day I learn something new and there are limitless opportunities to continue to grow. This is one of the best jobs I have ever had hands down! From the workplace environment, management, to my co-workers it has been a great experience overall. The fact that everyone is very helpful and uplifting makes it much easier to come to work every day.
