“I’ve been with AES Drilling fluids for about 2 years now and I enjoy coming to work every day. I started with this company as a Transloader and as AES grows, I have grown with it. I am now a Lead Bulk Plant Operator and our work duties are to load bulk trucks, unload rail cars to the silos, drive a shuttle wagon and move rail cars around the tracks. I had some experience when I began, but not much. AES took the time to train me to do my work duties properly and safely.
